CATAPULT!!!

This is my catapult.
My catapult fires a marshmallow.
It is made out of a square piece of wood with two rectangular bits of wood across it.
It has a spoon to fire and hold the marshmallow.
The Kahikatea syndicate is going to have a competition to see whose can fire the furthest.
We worked in buddies, my buddie was Jessie.
Our catapult fired three quarters of a metre.
The furthest was ten metres.

Camp 2013

On Monday room 5 went to bridge valley adventure camp for a night.There were 8 activities. They were burma trail, water slide, kayaking, fire and damper, orientering, con course, low ropes and caving.

Purple cake day

Last week was purple cake day. All of room 5 dressed up in purple .At our school on purple cake day we fundraised for people all over the world that don't have much money. All together we raised $1886. Emily's daughter died in the Haiti earthquake.For her birthday she wanted two purple cakes. So we raise money to make sure that everyone stays fit and healthy.
